The secretary of social and rehabilitation services is hereby authorized to release, remit and remise by quitclaim deed to the department of health, education and welfare of the United States of America real estate situated in Saline county, Kansas, described as follows: The east five hundred eighty and five tenths feet (580.5′) of block six (6) of the Schilling subdivision to the city of Salina, Saline county, Kansas, and located in the northeast quarter (NE 1/4 ) of section three (3), township fifteen (15) south, range three (3) west of the sixth principal meridian in Saline county, Kansas, together with improvements on all of the above described real estate.
