Kansas Statutes Chapter 71. Schools--Community Colleges § 71-1809. Same; transfer of money from general fund; limitation on expenditures

Any lawful transfer of money from the general fund of a community college or the Washburn institute of technology to the postsecondary technical education fund of such institution shall be an operating expense in the year the transfer is made. The board of any community college or the Washburn institute of technology may transfer moneys from its general fund to its postsecondary technical education fund. Expenditures for career technical education shall not be made from the general fund of a community college or the Washburn institute of technology.
