Kansas Statutes Chapter 68. Roads and Bridges § 68-710. Application of act to pending proceedings

The provisions of this act shall apply in all cases where the improvement of a highway has been petitioned for or machinery heretofore purchased, under the provisions of chapter 265, Laws of Kansas of 1917,  1 or chapter 246, Laws of Kansas, 1919  2, or amendments thereto, but which projects have not been completed prior to the taking effect of this act.
