Kansas Statutes Chapter 68. Roads and Bridges § 68-1505. Inapplicable to certain rivers

This act shall not apply to that portion that lies within or alongside of any drainage district, of any of the navigable rivers of the state, that flow through or alongside any drainage districts organized under chapter 215 of the Session Laws of 1905  1 or any statutes of the state amendatory thereof.
