Kansas Statutes Chapter 66. Public Utilities § 66-195. Same; penalty for failure to comply with order

Any common carrier which shall fail to comply with the order of the corporation commission in respect thereto shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction in any court having jurisdiction thereof shall be fined for each offense a sum not less than one hundred dollars nor more than five hundred dollars within the discretion of the court.
