Kansas Statutes Chapter 66. Public Utilities § 66-1606. Exemption; holder of official amateur radio station license

The provisions of this act concerning telephone or telecommunications service shall not apply to any acts done in good faith by any person who holds an unrevoked and unexpired official amateur radio station license issued by the federal communications commission.
