Kansas Statutes Chapter 66. Public Utilities § 66-1243. Same; interconnection facilities; grant or lease, when

Any entity which, on or after January 1, 2004, constructs in this state new or expanded electric generation facilities having a capacity of at least 100 kilowatts may either grant or lease interconnection facilities to transmission operators, upon agreement between the entity and operator and approval by the commission.
