Kansas Statutes Chapter 66. Public Utilities § 66-1,157. Same; default in certain payments; applicable provisions

Any default in payment of fees, penalties therefor, suits for collection, counsel fees and liens for any fees and penalties in case of default in the payment of any fee or part thereof, shall be governed by the provisions of K.S.A. 66-1504.
