Kansas Statutes Chapter 65. Public Health § 65-6735. Same; construction of act

Nothing in K.S.A. 65-6731 through 65-6738, and amendments thereto, shall repeal, amend or have any effect on any other state law to the extent such law imposes any limitation on the use of funds for abortion, more restrictive than the limitations set forth in K.S.A. 65-6731 through 65-6738, and amendments thereto.
