Kansas Statutes Chapter 65. Public Health § 65-5511. Foreign trained respiratory therapists; requirements

Foreign trained respiratory therapists shall satisfy the examination requirements of K.S.A. 65-5506 and amendments thereto. The board shall require foreign trained applicants to furnish proof of completion of educational requirements, substantially equal to those contained in K.S.A. 65-5506 and amendments thereto prior to taking the examination.
