Kansas Statutes Chapter 65. Public Health § 65-4959. Same; file of cooperative agreements for which certificates of public advantage are in effect; notice of termination

The secretary shall maintain on file all cooperative agreements for which certificates of public advantage are in effect. Any party to a cooperative agreement who terminates the agreement shall file a notice of termination with the secretary within 30 days after termination.
