Kansas Statutes Chapter 65. Public Health § 65-485. Authorization to contract for federal reimbursement

All rural emergency hospitals, including city, county, hospital district or other governmental or quasi-governmental hospitals, shall be authorized to enter into any contracts required to be eligible for federal reimbursement as a rural emergency hospital.
