Kansas Statutes Chapter 65. Public Health § 65-419. Same; priority of projects

The state medical facilities plan shall set forth the relative need for the medical facility projects included in such plan determined in accordance with the federal act and federal regulations adopted pursuant thereto, and provide for the medical facility projects, insofar as financial resources available therefor and for maintenance and operations make possible, in the order of such relative need.
