Whenever a county health department has established a community nursing care program, it may render such community nursing care services as are authorized by this act and for that purpose may charge fees as set in a schedule of fees established by the county department of health, and fees so collected shall be used for nursing care services within the county. Any county health department may render such services anywhere within the county or counties which it serves.
