Pick the desired year from the “year form”. Opposite the selected year is a capital letter, which directs the user to the “month form”. This “month form” directs the user to the “day form” which shows the particular form for the month selected.
EXAMPLE 1.--Upon what day does the second Monday in January 1989 fall? Answer: “A” is the year form letter; “1” is the month form number for January; the “day form” shows that date will be January 9.
EXAMPLE 2.--What day of the week was February 1, 1909? Answer: Monday (F, “2”, “1”).
