Each licensee under the provisions of this act shall provide a seal which shall have stamped thereon the name of the licensee, and the licensee shall deposit with the board an impression of the seal and the signatures of all persons authorized to sign on behalf of the licensee. The seal shall be impressed on each licensee's certificate and the certificate shall be signed by one of the persons whose signature is on file with the board.
