Kansas Statutes Chapter 58. Personal and Real Property § 58-2610. Power of district court

The district court shall have the same power to compel the settlement of the affairs of such copartnership, and to protect and enforce the rights of all persons interested therein, as if the assets of such copartnership were personal property only.
