The provisions of this act shall not apply to an occupancy in or operation of public housing pursuant to any federal law or regulation with which it might conflict. This act shall govern the rental of mobile home space in mobile home parks. When both the mobile home and the space used to accommodate the mobile home are rented or leased by the same landlord, the residential landlord and tenant act, K.S.A. 58-2540 et seq., and amendments thereto, rather than this act, shall apply.
