Kansas Statutes Chapter 58. Personal and Real Property § 58-2319. Assignments, acknowledgment of; name and address of assignee

All assignments of real estate mortgages hereafter made shall be acknowledged by the assignor in the manner provided for the acknowledgment of other instruments affecting the title to real estate, and all such assignments shall clearly set forth the full name of the assignee, together with the assignee's post-office address.
