Kansas Statutes Chapter 58. Personal and Real Property § 58-2010. Public agencies to provide information upon request; payment of cost

Any city, county or state department, board or agency having information or records which will enable the secretary of the state historical society to carry out the provisions of this act shall furnish, upon request, such information to the secretary of the state historical society. The cost of providing such information shall be paid by the secretary of the state historical society.
