When any United States public land survey corner or section center is monumented or remonumented by a land surveyor, and when any such corner is located by a land surveyor in the course of carrying out a survey, there shall be recorded, in the manner provided by K.S.A. 58-2011, and amendments thereto, reference measurements from permanent, visible objects to the location of the corner as monumented, remonumented or located. These reference objects shall be described clearly.
