Kansas Statutes Chapter 49. Mines and Mining § 49-413. Planting report; inspection and evaluation of vegetative cover

When the planting of a permit area is completed, the operator shall file a planting report with the secretary on a form to be prescribed and furnished by the department giving the following information: (a) Identification of the operation;

(b) the type of planting or seeding, including mixtures and amounts;

(c) the date of planting or seeding;

(d) the area of land planted; and

(e) such other relevant information as the secretary may require.
