Kansas Statutes Chapter 46. Legislature § 46-1221. Nonapplication of act in certain cases

The provisions of this act shall not apply to the state finance council, the Kansas commission on interstate cooperation, the advisory committee to the Kansas commission on interstate cooperation, the motor vehicle reciprocity commission, the legislative post-audit committee or the Kansas judicial council, nor to any committee, delegate, member, officer or employee of any of the foregoing specified in this section when acting for or under authority thereof.
