Kansas Statutes Chapter 45. Public Records, Documents and Information § 45-312. Publication of bills in Kansas register

In all acts containing a provision for their publication one or more times in the Kansas register, the secretary of state shall attach to the enrolled bill a certificate stating the date of such publication. In the printed volume or volumes of laws there shall be appended to each act so published the date of such publication, and the issue of the Kansas register in which it was published, which shall be evidence of such publication and the date thereof.
