As used in K.S.A. 41-342 through 41-345, “nonalcoholic malt beverage” means a beverage containing less than .5% alcohol by volume obtained by alcohol fermentation of an infusion or coction of barley, or other grain, malt and hops in water and includes beer, ale, stout, lager beer, porter and similar beverages having such alcoholic content.
