Kansas Statutes Chapter 41. Intoxicating Liquors and Beverages § 41-1122. Sale of certain liquor by director authorized

The director of alcoholic beverage control is authorized to sell at public or private sale alcoholic liquor in his custody heretofore or hereafter purchased or confiscated by his agents or other peace officers of the state for use as evidence in any investigation, proceeding or trial when such liquor is no longer required for such investigation, trial or proceeding.
