Kansas Statutes Chapter 41. Intoxicating Liquors and Beverages § 41-1115. Same; minimum mark-ups on cases, bottles, mixed cases

The board, in exercising its powers and duties under the provisions of this act, shall establish the minimum mark-up by retailers on sales of cases, bottles and mixed cases to consumers.
