Kansas Statutes Chapter 40. Insurance § 40-3908. Cities and counties not parties to insurance contract

This act does not make any city or county a party to any insurance contract nor is the insurer liable to any party for any amount in excess of the proceeds otherwise payable under its insurance policy.
