Kansas Statutes Chapter 40. Insurance § 40-3827. Pharmacy benefits manager licensure fund

(a) There is hereby established in the state treasury the pharmacy benefits manager licensure fund. Such fund shall be administered by the commissioner for costs related to administering the pharmacy benefits manager licensing act. All expenditures from the pharmacy benefits manager licensure fund shall be made in accordance with appropriation acts upon warrants of the director of accounts and reports issued pursuant to vouchers approved by the commissioner or by the commissioner's designee.

(b) The commissioner shall remit all moneys received by or for the commissioner under the provisions of this act to the state treasurer in accordance with the provisions of K.S.A. 75-4215, and amendments thereto. Upon receipt of each such remittance, the state treasurer shall deposit the entire amount thereof in the state treasury and such amount shall be credited to the pharmacy benefits manager licensure fund.
