Kansas Statutes Chapter 40. Insurance § 40-3504. Requirements prior to issuance of policies

No mortgage guaranty insurance company may issue policies until it has obtained from the commissioner of insurance a certificate of authority and has complied with the other applicable provisions of chapter 40 of the Kansas Statutes Annotated.
