Kansas Statutes Chapter 40. Insurance § 40-3210. Prepaid per capita or aggregate fixed sum contracts authorized

Any health maintenance organization or medicare provider organization issued a certificate and otherwise in compliance with this act may enter into contracts in this state to provide an agreed upon set of health care services to enrollees or groups of enrollees in exchange for a prepaid per capita or prepaid aggregate fixed sum.
