An offer of insurance by any one of a group of affiliated insurors shall constitute compliance with this act on behalf of an insurance company and all of its affiliates: Provided, however, That the premium charged in the affiliate company shall be at no higher rate than the then current rate charged by the affiliate company for such classification.
