Kansas Statutes Chapter 40. Insurance § 40-2228a. Long-term care policies and certificates; reinstatement of lapsed policies or certificates due to cognitive impairment or loss of functional capacity

The provisions of K.S.A. 40-2228a through 40-2228e shall apply to all individual and group long-term care policies or certificates that are issued to residents of this state on and after the effective date of this act.
