Kansas Statutes Chapter 40. Insurance § 40-1515. Uniform rates for same class of risks

No mutual hail insurance company shall charge or receive, directly or indirectly, a higher or greater rate for insurance against destruction or damage by hail of any property within the state than it charges for other risks in this state of the same kind or class, consideration being given to the location of the risk and the hazards thereof.
