Kansas Statutes Chapter 40. Insurance § 40-1507. Annual meeting; voting of members

The annual meeting shall be held in the month of January of each year, at the principal office of the company and every member shall be entitled to as many votes as there are directors to be elected, and shall cast the same in person or by proxy and a plurality shall elect.
