If a warehouseman owns, solely, jointly or in common with others, any grain which is deposited or held by the warehouseman, the warehouseman or any officer, agent or servant of the warehouseman who knows of this ownership and who issues or aids in issuing for that grain a negotiable receipt which does not state the warehouseman's ownership is guilty of a severity level 10, nonperson felony.
