Kansas Statutes Chapter 34. Grain and Forage § 34-260. Interpleader of adverse claimants

If more than one person claim the title or possession of the grain, the warehouseman may, either as a defense to an action brought against him for nondelivery of the grain, or by an original suit, whichever is appropriate, require all known claimants to interplead.
