The secretary may suspend, revoke, refuse to issue or refuse to renew any controlled shooting area license if the secretary finds that the licensed area, or the operator thereof, is not complying or does not comply with the provisions of K.S.A. 32-943 through 32-950 or that the area is being operated in an unlawful or illegal manner. Orders under this section and proceedings thereon shall be subject to the provisions of the Kansas administrative procedure act.
