Kansas Statutes Chapter 25. Elections § 25-801. Certified list of electors; delivery

The secretary of state shall prepare a list of the names of the electors of president and vice-president of the United States, elected at any election, procure thereto the signature of the governor, affix the seal of the state to the same, and deliver such certificate, thus signed, to one of said electors on or before the first Wednesday in December, next after such election.
