Kansas Statutes Chapter 25. Elections § 25-3105. Place of canvass of the elections by county board

Meetings of the county board of canvassers shall be held in the office of the county election officer unless a different place is agreed upon by the county board of canvassers and the county election officer and publicly announced by the county election officer.
