Kansas Statutes Chapter 25. Elections § 25-3004. Exhibition of ballots to authorized poll agent during original canvass

During the original canvass by election boards, the judge announcing the vote on any ballot shall, upon request of any authorized poll agent, exhibit such ballot fully opened in a condition that such agent may fully and carefully read and examine the same. The judge shall not allow any such ballot to be taken from his hands.
