This act shall be known and may be cited as the “state board of education election act.” Unless the context otherwise requires, words and terms defined in the state board of education act chapter 269 of the laws of 1968 shall have the same meaning when used in this act as is ascribed thereto in the state board of education act. Unless the context otherwise requires, words and terms defined in chapter 406 of the laws of 1968 shall have the same meaning when used in this act as is ascribed thereto in such act.
