Kansas Statutes Chapter 22. Criminal Procedure § 22-4526. Disposition of moneys received under contracts with cities and counties

All moneys received by the state board of indigents' defense services under contracts entered into with one or more cities or counties under subsection (f) of K.S.A. 22-4523, and amendments thereto, shall be remitted by the board to the state treasurer in accordance with the provisions of K.S.A. 75-4215, and amendments thereto. Upon receipt of each such remittance, the state treasurer shall deposit the entire amount in the state treasury to the credit of the indigents defense services fund.
