(a) Upon a majority vote of the grand jury, the grand jury may seek the removal of the assigned judge pursuant to K.S.A. 20-311d, and amendments thereto.
(b) This section shall be part of and supplemental to article 30 of chapter 22 of the Kansas Statutes Annotated, and amendments thereto.
