Where, in the opinion of the secretary, a pesticide poses an imminent threat to the public health, safety and welfare or the natural resources of this state the secretary is authorized to establish temporary pesticide management areas for a period not to exceed 90 days. The order of designation of a temporary pesticide management area shall be in full force and effect upon entry in the records of the secretary and the secretary shall take all steps reasonably necessary to disseminate the information of the order to all interested parties.
