Kansas Statutes Chapter 2. Agriculture § 2-1432. Certification in other states recognized

The agency or agencies designated by the Kansas state university of agriculture and applied science may recognize the certification of officially authorized certifying agencies in states and territories other than Kansas and in countries, provinces, and territories other than those under the jurisdiction of the United States government.
