Kansas Statutes Chapter 2. Agriculture § 2-1427. Rules and regulations; enforcement of act

The secretary is hereby empowered to adopt such rules and regulations as the secretary deems necessary to carry out the full intent and meaning of article 14 of chapter 2 of the Kansas Statutes Annotated, and amendments thereto. The secretary is hereby empowered to enforce the provisions of this act and the rules and regulations adopted hereunder.
