The county treasurer shall, when making up his deposits for the bank, make a duplicate ticket of such deposits, and file the same with the county clerk; and whenever said treasurer shall transmit any money to any designated fiscal agent outside of his county, he shall file with the county clerk a statement of the amount so transmitted.
