Kansas Statutes Chapter 19. Counties and County Officers § 19-4615. Jurisdiction over hospital located in a city

If a county hospital is located in a city, the jurisdiction of the city in which the hospital is located shall extend over all lands used for hospital purposes, and all ordinances of such city shall be in full force and effect in and over the territory occupied by such county hospital.
