Whenever the board of county commissioners enters into a contract with a nonprofit corporation as provided in K.S.A. 19-3904, such nonprofit corporation shall annually submit a complete financial report of its activities to the board of county commissioners. Such financial report shall include the amount of tax money received under the contract, all other amounts of income and all disbursements, including the salary paid to each employee of the nonprofit corporation.
